My personal favorite is Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse. Another great wheat beer is the Iron Hill Hefe-Weisse which should be on tap any day now. It is quite a bit better than their Belgium Wit-Bier in my opinion. Nothing beats sitting in a beer garden in Munich drinking weisse beers by the liter. I think I will dial up a few tonight actually.
