Victory’s Wild Devil

Very surprised and impressed with this Belgian wild yeast version of a IPA or Belgian style ale or whatever…beer style classifications are beginning to get exceedingly indistinct in today’s beer world, but regardless this is a complex and delicious beer. It reminds me of Belgian yeast thrown in a Hop Wallop. My friend Dana has not tried some of the Belgian ales like Duvel, but this might be just the right introduction she needs.
